I thoroughly enjoyed eating at Michele’s charming and delightful French bistro today! The “Le Frenchman” sandwich with ham and brie was delicious, as well as the “Frenchie” latte with vanilla. I also tried a French seltzer with lavender and would definitely order it again. Next time I’ll try some dessert, but I have no doubt it will be just as good as everything else. I was finally able to try Michele’s scones today. They are perfection! The texture is not anything like that of a typical scone. Most are typically dry, dense and lifeless whereas Michele’s scones are well textured, light, and not crumbly at all. Her flavors are delicious, not too sweet, not too savory, the perfect amount of salt that enhances the flavor and doesn’t overpower. Today’s scones certainly will not be my last. Bravo!
